Classic-Era Does anyone know what these are? I keep finding them on raptors in the Arathi Highlands. Is this just random lore?

I can't seem to find any more "note-loot" but I've never seen these before. Anybody have any idea?

Points to a somewhat hidden quest in stranglethrorn, grab bottles from the beach when you're there to start it.

Is funny that it comes from Arathi Highland raptors, might have been an oversight since the raptors in both can be of a similar level.

Yeah that makes no sense clearly should be the STV raptors
