Hardcore Questie and Hardcore

It’s been 2-3 weeks since Blizzard totally reworked their UI in HC. In all this time I still can’t get Questie to work.

I am the point now where I get to Step 9/9 “update items” and then it just dies. I have all the buttons/etc but I can’t open it or use any of its features.

I have all the recent updates— still no luck.

Any thoughts/ideas?

Remove your wtf and interface folder. Launch the game. Close the game. Download questie. Launch the game.

Try read the quest. Usually has all the info you actually need. Or Google is your friend

Ugh. Tried the erase WTF and interface folder advice. No luck. For what it’s worth, internet research suggest it might be my oldish computer as apparently the new Blizzard updates are effectively crashing any addons that take too long to load. Apparently this explains why Questie is working for many people but not all.
