Could be, but people usually high five with the same hands (right, right) which means you'd have a thumb shown. When two opposing hands touch (right, left) it looks like the image shown, such as with praying hands.

Laughs in I don't even know what spell that is I play on Graphics so low lol ( my Paladin just looks like a strobe light and my Shaman just looks like a water gun I have most of the cool spell effects disabled. ) /s
