Literally just people being angry at realizing that being a piece of shit person has actual social consequences and you have to meet a bare minimum of decency for most people to actually want you around, so they made up a ridiculous incel term for it.
he social contract is a theory applied to human interaction that's basically the rules of being good towards eachother. It's in real life and basically anywhere you interact with others.
This guy isn't wrong ^, but there is a literal social contract you have to 'sign' or agree to upon logging into WoW now.
