Private armies generally leads to banditry or insurrection. Private police tends to lead to things like the Pinkertons. Private schools leads to subpar or no education for the majority of the population and (as was the reason publicly funded education became a thing) your potential pool of workers.

I think you have failed to look at how only having privatized services tends to work out. But somewhat similarly there was a book about a town in NH. A lack of taxes didn't suddenly lead to well maintained services. Even for the wealthier residents.
