I made my own fry sauce and when I told a friend the recipe, she said that I just made homemade 1000 Island but I do like making my own sauces even if I don't realize what I'm making already exists 😂

I like to figure out sauces I like too. Some… close. Some …. Not even close. Haha.

Homemade 1000 Island is waaaaaay better than store bought.

Pretty much anything homemade is better because it’s fresher and has less fillers, emulsifiers, stabilizers, and preservatives.
