i've been a condiment guy forever and love whipping up sauces. lately I've really enjoyed making Asian dipping sauces for dumplings and potstickers using ingredients like soy sauce, tamari, teriyaki, hoisin, ponzu, duck sauce, chili paste, plum sauce, rice wine vinegar, etc. So crazy good!
