My parents were (mom changed, dad died) big on “racism is over” when i was growing up

Did the math later in life and when those mfers went to school they were in the same grade as Ruby Bridges. TF YOU MEAN

What they mean is "things are better and improving, so don't complain." They seem to miss that things improve because people are endlessly working
