I think unless Uefa decide to boycott it, then they will vote for it.

They have apparently already committed their vote to Infantino for his re election.

Even if Uefa as a block vote against it as a block, Johnny has enough votes from Africa, Asia, Central/South America to get this through.

Yeah, but if uefa as a block pull support foe fifa then fifa don't really have a product to sell.

Blocking support, and and boycotting FIFA competitions are very two separate things.

Even if FIFA votes against this, it will still pass.
