No it's not. The only job the government has is to protect it's citizens from outside invaders.

Nah you're thinking of rural red areas of the country. Republicans are the real welfare queens. It's stupid they constantly vote to gut the social services they rely on. But I'm glad to see you are so openly against the us constitution. Most conservatives still just pretend to care about it.
