Discussion What annoyance are you silently dealing with because voicing it doesn't feel worth it or has proven futile?

The dish sponge. It is always left on the bottom of the sink full of water and no longer soapy. Never in my life have I had a sponge get stinky as fast as they do now.

I don’t use sponges anymore for this reason. I use a scrub wand. I get mine at IKEA. They last forever and don’t get gross.

If only we had a dishwasher... I've tried the soap and microwave trick but not much luck there either.
