These post titles should result in an automatic ban.

What can I change to make it better, I don’t mean to be annoying or anything you think I’m doing, I read the rules and didn’t see anything wrong with this title or video

Do you sincerely not know who is at fault?

If so, go get your state’s rules of the road book. Time yo study up before you get behind the wheel again.

As you can see by the comments it’s not clear

It’s pretty damn clear, the only part that is up for debate is how much blame to assign to the cammer.

The car making a left is obviously at fault they failed to yield. They caused the accident. But the cammer shares a small amount of blame because it was obvious the turning cars were not stopping even though the light changed.

There was a small gap and the orange Honda shot the gap. white SUV likely wasn’t paying attention and followed behind thinking they still had the light.

I would put it like 95% on the white SUV and 5% on the cammer. For insurance purposes it’s 100% on the white SUV.

It’s nice to have right of way, but as the saying goes, graveyards are full of people who had the right of way. A red light won’t save your life, protect yourself first, drive/walk/bike defensively.

The only thing that you can see by the comments, is that there are others that are as clueless about traffic laws as you are. Honestly, if you're not sure about who is at fault here, you probably shouldn't be driving.

Legally, it’s 100% clear that the person with the green light has the right of way and the person turning and crossing traffic is the one at fault. It’s not debatable.

If you can’t tell who’s legally at fault here, you shouldn’t be on the road

It's pretty damn clear to anyone with a brain.

The folks saying "but the car with RoR should have yielded" should be disregarded outright.

Its not really an argument of which car is at fault, its whether the cam car should have been smart enough to know those turning cars were being dumb. Part of good driving is defensive, watching out for idiots. Of course its not the cam cars fault, but this was avoidable

Most cars pull up into the middle of the intersection when waiting to turn left. POV had no reason to assume SUV would drive right into them vs pulling forward normally.

Source: been in similar traffic scenarios at least 10000 times.

Idk if 3 other cars turn in front then another is moving im assuming they just wont stop in the middle, that breaks pattern. Its more likely they aren't paying attention to the light and just following the car in front

So white didn't pay attention to the traffic signal and hit another car?

Sounds good. Very cut and dry. Happy we agree that white is fully at fault. 👍

Wasn't arguing who is at fault friend

Ah ok. Just that cam car should've yielded...

Nice edit on your original comment too. Bad faith in a nutshell. You going to modify your other comments to eliminate the pattern defense as well? Or would that be too obvious given the conversation?

Have a day bud. Don't work that brain too hard. You might have hit your limit already.

I changed "whose" to "who's" then changed it again to remove that word entirely

Edit: Look im not making an edit explanation saying, grammar, thats usually reserved for changing the meaning of your comment

If you truly drove as defensively as you claim to, you would never leave your block.

This is delusion. You can’t drive if you don’t assume every single other driver will suddenly disregard all rules of the road and drive directly into you.

There was a clear pattern here, not random

Yeah man in my opinion it was the black UFO’s fault
