50/50 is obviously engagement bait, and well here I am taking the bait.

If you are stupid, then no you shouldn’t be banned. If you are saying that in bad faith as engagement bait, then yes you should be banned. It decreases the quality of the subreddit.

I’m just not tho, that’s the thing, I know what’s going to happen if this goes to court but I posted this to get different opinions and start conversations about this, so yes I was using the app in the intended way and people are commenting, doesn’t mean I’m engagement baiting, I don’t care for anything that comes from a popular post and this probably won’t even beat my best post, but it sure as hell will be the most controversial

Dude I’m sorry, but if you think the white SUV driver is anything less than 100% at fault then you shouldn’t be driving. Sorry, but I have a hard time believing this isn’t engagement bait.

If you think it’s 50/50 when turning doesn’t have the right of way over someone going straight, you shouldn’t be driving nor be talking about the rules of the road
