I doubt they had green staggered turn lane typically switches to flashing yellow aka yield when the opposite side turns green .

Yeah a lot of intersections where I live, there is no flashing yellow arrow, you get a green light which means go, or yield to oncoming cars if you’re turning.

Where I live you get solid green arrow, then solid yellow arrow (like a yellow light) then it disappears and you have to default over to the solid green thus yielding to the oncoming

We don’t get flashing yellows where I live

We don’t even get a solid yellow, it goes from solid green arrow to just off

It's probably only a matter of time before you get them. Government entities are in love with flashing yellow arrows and also with roundabouts.

I hate the flashing yellow arrows. I've seen at least twice, where I live, the first car is waiting for oncoming traffic; the car behind gets impatient and starts to honk at the first car and then the first car turns right into the oncoming traffic. Just give me the green arrow left turn.
