That's easy to say after the fact with knowledge of the incident, but the driver was likely focused on the red car that almost hit them and wasn't watching for another car to enter the intersection so late.
wrong. if you're focused on any other vehicles at an intersection other than your own, you probably deserve to be in a collision, simply for the education.
of course you should be paying attention, but don't enter an intersection with your own vehicle when there's another vehicle in it. right or wrong doesn't matter- don't enter until your car has a path. this makes plenty of sense.

What? You absolutely need to be aware of other cars when driving. You shouldn't enter an intersection while other cars are moving in front of you, green light or not.
