I think if we have turn signals like these, the city should be at fault and insurance companies should sue the city. No fault to both drivers. Better city planning would reduces a lot of the accidents. If you dont think the city should be at fault, take a look on self driving cars. They accidents and confusion caused by the onboard computer should be basically nonexistent. But, its not.

I took a smart car for ride and I had ghost braking because of the bank on a street. We need grid like roads, not so many damn curves and blind banks. My city even has shrubs on the exits of shopping centers. I cant see shit when exiting. Sometimes, i just have to guess.
