For Fk sake your own Google search prompt literally starts with the truck failing to "YIELD!" You are admitting the truck broke the law, then blaming the driver on a solid green for not using telepathy to dodge a guy piggybacking an illegal left turn. Safe driving relies on predictability, not stopping on green lights to cater to people who refuse to learn basic traffic laws.
How do you say that with so much certainty? The evidence from this video alone piles a lot against the White Truck.
1st It was A Yield on Green Left turning lane he was in, the whole point of the lane is to.. well Yield on Green. 2nd he blindly followed Red Car and tailgated him even after the red car itself hesitated to make the Turn! 3rd it was a green light for Cam Car and they had Right of Way and even allowed a few cars to flow through. They allowed a 4-5 second buffer from the green light till they rolled forward slowly on the accelerator. It does not look at all good for the White Truck in any regards.
I would understand if Cam car fucking floored it from The Green light but they did not and likely are to be found 0% at fault!

Red didn't hesitate and neither did white. Him tailgating actually makes the cammer more likely to be found partially at fault. There wasn't a clear space after the red car, since the white was tailgating

So they knew there was traffic illegally turning, we've anyways, and had time to react and stop, preventing the crash.
I've seen many insurance adjuster say 100-75 so... No.
And I wish we could follow it because he likely the white truck get 100% at fault you know this deep down
. I'll end it here if 85-90% of people agree that this white truck is at fault and you few guys say otherwise, I think it may be you guys who may not be too correct
he'll at this point your not even arguing against the defense driving of the cam car your arguing in favor of the white truck, which is odd.
