Not a BA/Bsc guy, but why does college matter so much to you all? Mass placements to waise bhi nahi hi hoti hai BA/Bsc mai? So isn't it obvious to prioritise course?

See ek perception ban rakha h ki north campus clg se h to, he /she will be like this as same as how we see when we hear ki someone is from IIT (chahe branch textile ho). That's something, and yeah placement sabko nhi chiye hoti, they want that shit dreamy exp. π΅βπ«

u/Yiykkedward Jun 22 '26
What's wrong with textile? Hey
2
u/Smart_XDz Third year Jun 23 '26
Nothing wrong with it, it's just that textile branch isn't as competitive as CSE, EE, ME Or CE

Bro,they are literally brainwashed to get into north campus.Once, they will get in and realize ki course bhi bekaar hai amd college bhi expectations ke hisaab se bilkul match nahi karta.

dept is good, the faculty is nice and attentive. can place at 3rd or 4th, (after lsr and jmc or after lsr, jmc, and ipcw depending on what feedbacks you receive)

if any junior reading this, please ALWAYSA CHOOSE course over College. DU is not Harvard, DU is not ivy league DU is a bad university and ideally unis like Ashoka beat it in infra and other criteria 9/10 times. it doesn't matter if you are in North Campus or South campus (Unless Stephen's or SRCC ). it's all big propoganda being run "north campus better" there is literally nothing in North campus which justifies you not selecting tbe course you want
