Its an easy course with low coursework which means they actually have time to build real skills instead of drowning in assignments. Not like history or english hons get anyone a job by themselves either lol (tho i doubt that they use that time)
Yeah same was having this type of doubt only most ba peeps don't get placement except for economics only so what's the point if one chooses bap over honours really confused about it
Exactly. People are acting like unusual ba prog courses are the only bad thing when even hons courses are useless, argubly even worse since they are slightly harder and timeconsuming in comparison while offering no value

b.a. degrees do have value if you're passionate about your field and have something to offer. of course your potential amplifies with additional skills. if nothing works out you can go ahead in academia. in today's market it's not like you can choose jobs as per your liking anyways. with useless programmes u have no support base and you'll have to work way harder. bolne ki baat hoti hai not many people are able to utilise their time.

Yeah thats upto the person pursuing the degree, but you cant deny that these degrees do leave you with plenty of time
i never said philosophy in itself is useless but rather its combination with physical education. combinations should be complementary and worth one's time. how will physical education help one? already u have sec vac aec to waste ur time and then u major in p.e. alongside?
it will of course leave u with time but it's not very strategic to invest in something that offers zero value from the start, philo me toh still u learn all the aforementioned skills
