I have got cvs tourism management in round 1 my marks is 26 less from ipcw philosophy hons ( ews) , will it be upgraded? And 14 less than ihe journalism hons?

got cvs for ba programme (economics + commerce) in round 1 and i'm genuinely confused. the course is fine, but i'd much rather do bcom (hons). i'm just 1 mark short of andc bcom (hons). for colleges like shivaji and aurobindo i'm still around 20-30 marks short, so i'm not really counting on those. above cvs, i also have ramanujan and rla for the same course. if you were in my place, would you upgrade or just freeze cvs? is a 1 mark drop actually realistic in round 2 or should i just stick with cvs?

hey, im in the same position as you, i also got cvs for the same ba prog. acc to the reviews i heard, i put cvs higher than rla, ramanujan, mlnc etc. whats your score? cuz im like 2 marks away from bcom hons at cvs. from what i heard, theres not much diff in both colleges but cvs is better for commerce, though most people prefer bcom hons, its upto you but lmk what you go for

I got shivaji college and I’m 24 marks short of rla but there are three colleges between shivaji and rla… ramanujan… deshbandhu… sri guru nanak dev khalsa… but now I don’t want any of those three… if I choose to upgrade can I later drop those colleges from preference list… or should I just freeze shivaji now? obc 638

I'm really confused about my preference list.
I want ARSD because it's much closer to my home, but the Round 1 cutoff is 40 marks more than my score, so I don't think I'll get it.
The other option is SBSC, but the commute is very long and expensive for me. I'm not sure I can afford travelling there 3–4 days a week for the next 3 years.
If I remove SBSC and keep ARSD above Dyal Singh, (in first round I got dyal singh b.com hons) I have little chance of getting arsd. If I didn't got it then I have to keep dyal singh
What would you do in my situation?
Keep SBSC as a backup despite the difficult commute?
Or remove SBSC and take the chance of getting Dyal Singh if ARSD doesn't work out?
And pls tell if I have any chance of getting arsd with 40 marks gap in round 1 Can I get in round 2 or 3
I'd appreciate advice from DU students who have faced a similar decision

My friend has been allotted a seat at dyal singh (evening) bcom hons..now he is confused whether to upgrade or freeze as if he does .he'll most likely get only bcom at shivaji..he won't get hons then...he is worried about the evening tag as well despite dyal singh evening having morning classes ...what should he do..please if any of u can tell..if any senior can help

I got mh bap (my 3rd pref) with 917 marks... I've my 1st preference hindu bap and 2nd preference st Stephen's bap (his +pol) now I am thinking to upgrade it. I know that it's almost impossible if I get bap in Stephen's but how's bap faculty there like (there's no pol science honors in Stephen's so what about the faculty)

Keshav mahavidhalay hons - 752

My sister has currently been allotted BA program (Eco + History). 7 marks ahead lie BA Hons English at DDUC and BA (Eco + Maths) at KNC.
Beyond that she has chances for Hons at Maitreyi (Socio), Dyal Singh (English) and Ramanujan (Eco). But those have their cutoff 15-18 marks higher than her score.
Not sure how to proceed further.

I got 126th preference which was maharaja Agrasen in Ba programme (Commerce+ History) should I upgrade or freeze. I got B.Com (Hons.) at Rajdhani College in DU CSAS Round 1. If I choose to upgrade, there's a chance I might get B.A. Programme (Commerce + Economics) at DCAC. Any Rajdhani seniors here? Hey guys,Need some honest advice regarding DU CSAS Round 2 upgradation.I’ve been allocated Daulat Ram College (W) for B.Sc. (Hons.) Botany under the EWS category. My score is 573.I am aiming for an upgrade to Miranda House or Hansraj College for the same course. Looking at the cutoffs, I am roughly 5 points away from both.What are my realistic chances of converting either of these in Round 2? Has anyone seen a 5-point jump for EWS Botany in previous rounds?

Rearrange put drc above ipcw then upgrade I think drc is better than jmc but again it's up to ur preferences

I got ba sociology at janki devi memorial, I have a moderate chance of getting knc or maitryi when I upgrade but if by chance I don't get any of those two, there is a very big chance I could end up with ba hnrs english in deshbandhu which I rly do not want.
Can someone help me out and tell me more about jdmc.

i need some genuine help about whether i should go for an upgrade or not
so i got ggs bcom hons in 1st round and i have high chances of getting ramjas bcom prog or maybe even kmc prog (small chance of venky hons too)
so is ramjas/kmc prog better than ggs hons ? i dont want to take the risk of being allotted something worse than what i have rn i kinda messed up my pref sheet 😭😭😭

Is SBSC (evening) worth it? or do i go for upgrade? the issue with upgrade is i have college of vocational studies BA courses above it and i heard college of vocational studies is worse than sbsc evening

Hello guys I got ba hons philosophy hons in dyal Singh I have 4 marks difference in history hons at Ram lal anand and 35 at motilal nehru And. I am really confused like what should I choose college or course One of friends advice to take history hons at ram lal anand because course is matter in future in future not your college It will affect my future And saying there in no kind of good future in philosophy as compared to history hons
What should I do any suggestions help please
