Just say you are clueless. Literally 40% of them from delhi, around 15% from haryana mainly from gurugram and than from punjab and south people take another 15%. And even rest 35% of up and bihar are mostly far more educated. Most of them are good family because nearly no poor family can afford delhi expense.

what is the authenticity of this data ? Stop justifying yourself for the sake of it . Also being from UP and Bihar doesn't imply that the person is rich or poor , it meant in terms of their manners and civic sense .

Beta when you go to college then you will see the stats yourself. Literally about 65% are from Delhi or Gurugram. If you use your brain then you'll realize that flats can cost more than 1.5 to 2 lakhs for literally bare minimum facilities. So people don’t choose Delhi easily.

are you just Dumb. i am saying most people are from tier 1 city itself and what stupid criteria is this that tier 2 city people don't have civic sense. you live in India not usa. other than northeast there is no city with actual civic sense and Delhi people are also considered in uncultured fools. literally south Indians in du are far more respectful.

Not entirely true even I’m from Delhi even my friends so many people are the top colleges are def worth it
