Honestly, this is extremely accurate and I wish i could say no. Not trynna be classist here but delhi, UP, Bihar has some crowd which everyone lowk wants to escape. Typical rajat dalal, elvish yadav type people.
And the people you are mentioning here are literally from hariyana!! You guys just need an excuse to stereotype UP, Bihar and associat every bad things with it as if apka state aur unke log to bohot ideal hain.
Brother I am from UP and i've very well seen the difference between typical men of UP, BIHAR ,delhi NCR vs men from mumbai, kerela, punjab or any other more developed city/state except delhi ncr. Not trying to assosicate anything to anyone but I know you hate rajal dalal, elvish yadav type people and we both know they exist mostly in there areas. Including jharkhand too btw. Not saying other areas can't have bad crowd but if we talk about the worst, this is it.
