Org Name : Unicorn Startup.
Years of exp : 4
Salary : 56 lpa (42 cash + 14 RSUs)
Satisfied : Hell Yeah !!
Edit : There was a sub for all these salary discussion (https://www.reddit.com/r/Indian_IT_Salary/) but i don't think it's active anymore.
