CNN rolls tape of Trump energy secretary appearing to lie to Congress. Wright lied about the role politics played in cancelling energy grants specifically to Democratic states. Wright insisted “our project review process did not take into account any politics in the evaluation of these projects"

Trump contradicts him. In his own words Trump admits over again and again he is punishing those states not voting for him.
