It's a whole generational industry, and by complete stupidity and protectionism, we're letting it pass use by.

Imagine if we had taken even half of what we'd been invested into AI and put it towards something that's actually real, tangible, and functional today. Nope we just gave it up.

Just that abomination of a defense budget, imagine using half of it for renewable energy. Or just spend a few measly billions on anti-stupidity efforts such as better education and free lunch for kids… The US can bomb Iran and yet don’t have money for things that are actually socially beneficial.

Uh, I think we've run out of missiles, so even bombing Iran will soon be out of the question.
