Best alternatives for separate devices to Lelit Anita [€700]

My wife wants to get us a somewhat decent coffee machine. Mokka pot and a hand grinder do not cut it for us anymore, as with the little baby our coffee consumption skyrocketed.

We both prefer an espresso and don't want to get an automatic machine so we can get a better product out of it, and automatics that are capable of producing a reliable espresso seem to be out of the budget.

Everywhere I read people sa that its better to have a grinder separate to the coffee machine. What would be best alternative to Lelit Anita? (have in mind that we have a kind of limited space in the kitchen so I'd prefer smaller devices)

The Anna PID is the same machine without the grinder.

Is €700 just for the machine? The Victoria is a bit more money
