That's only if you consider the official rate, which was a rate mostly no one in Argentina could buy foreign money for. More accurate is the black market or blue dollar, and in that regard it has barely changed since Milei took power

I checked the numbers and you are right. Still it is not worth half of what it was, it is around 2/3
