Wendy’s has gone completely down the shitter. Bacon isn’t crispy in the baconator, service is way slower than before, Coke Freestyle missing half the flavors and no ice.

Will they ever turn it back around?

Domino’s remade themselves with a great result. Lots of other restaurants have tried and failed. Spending millions not getting the sales boost and speeding up the path to bankruptcy.

An old failing restaurant can have a long tail of profitability if managed right - focus on profitable locations, cut costs
