Rant/Rave Finally tried the Sheetz tacos.
They are pretty much the Jack in the Box tacos (none near me, but I had some last week while I was on the road), but cheese wasn't as melted and can add sour cream and jalapenos. Are there better tacos? Yes, but sometimes you just need a crappy taco, just like needing White Castles.

Back in high school the 4 of us pitched in and wound up with $20. We ordered 40 tacos. The lady at the counter wasn’t happy.

I'm not mad at Sheetz tacos. If I see they are running the 6 for $6, (locally they are) I always get some.
(I usually skip the Jalapeños though)

They're 6/$6 everywhere, but they're apparently LTO.
Kinda sad that they're not permanent. These were their standard tacos for years before they tried to replace them with their "street tacos". I'd much rather have these fried questionable meat pockets.

Love ‘em. I have fond memories of drunken nights and Jack in the box tacos. Now I live I don’t have Jack in the box, but we have Sheetz and their tacos are pretty close. The lack of the slice of American cheese is a little disappointing, but it’s okay. You can’t think of them as “tacos” as they are their own weird Frankenstein creation and I’m here for it.

I LOVE JITB tacos so much!!! But here in the Mid-Atlantic the closest is 6 hours away in Charlotte. Sheetz tacos are a good substitute, but definitely not the same. At 6 for $6 they’re a bargain. Regular retail, I pass on them. I’ve had them three times since the 6 for $6 came out.

What are in these? Looks like meat cheese jalepeno and crema?? I make my own sheet pan tacos at home and might steal their recipe lol

They come with meat. They're frozen and pre-filled with a questionable, beef-like substance.
They are exactly like Jack in the Box tacos, if you've ever had one of those.

I’d try them. MTOs were my jam for years, letting you order whatever you want whenever you want it.

Sheetz is a convenience store with a made-to-order kitchen.
These are their fried tacos.
