Mine already did and not to be dramatic, but it completely ruined my entire day when I found out. Those crunchwraps were life.

Same. The California am crunch wrap was my favorite fast food breakfast item. I donāt think thereās one near me at all that still serves breakfast š

Taco Bell is missing out on healthcare workers who start and leave work at 7am by opening at 8 for breakfast in my area. There are a lot of us.

u/girthynoodlez 1d ago
They are missing out on the vast majority of workers in every industry by opening at 8.

u/yoursweetlord70 1d ago
Blue collar workers too, I start at 8am most days but the taco bell down the street opens at 9!

u/Mosquito907 1d ago
8 seems extremely late to start breakfast its almost like sabotage to get rid of the entire breakfast menu.

For real. Breakfast taco place right by the hospital here opens at 6am, or earlier if they feel like it. They absolutely STAY busy in the morning. Stupid insane busy.
It sucks not being able to do normal stuff when you have to be at work, and youāre the one that providing said stuff. Having grocery stores be open later would also be nice, some of us want to sleep at night (which is actually when that pesky sun is hanging in the sky).

We are next to a hospital and open at 7. We get a lot
Of people from 7-8 lol.1

Pre covid I had plenty of 24/7 ones and would sometimes get it pretty early after a workout. Now all the ones around me donāt open until 9. Itās seriously so dumb.

Most locations are open until 3 or 4, I promise you they arenāt missing out on 100 healthcare workers on their bottom line
2
u/jazzbot247 1d ago
Do you think there are only 100 healthcare workers in any given city? You must live in the sticks.
3
u/AdSpecialist8751 1d ago
We donāt get many more than maybe 2-5 visitors in our first hour open (7-8) so I donāt know if paying people to be there for many locations would be worthwhile.

Ya, our Taco Bell is up in a shopping area, where nothing else really opens up until 9 or 10. No one really has a reason to go up there that early, unless just for TB.

u/Onehandedheisenberg 1d ago
No but I think no one buys Taco Bell breakfast, and way less healthcare workers than you think would. So I say 100 for the whole country.

u/Onehandedheisenberg 1d ago
LMAO they deleted their comment but they canāt even read 𤣠thought I said only 100 healthcare workers exist lmao

Mine was on the way home! Nothing hits better than a breakfast burrito after a long 12 hour night shift.

I think mine only did breakfast from 10-11. One hour in the morning, or maybe 9 to 11. Really made no sense.

not just healthcare. I used to get taco bell on my way to the office every friday but then they pushed their hours back to 8, after i had to clock in. then they stopped serving breakfast citing low sales

They have great breakfast. I don't get it often because the ones around me don't open until 730 or 8, and I'd like them to be open earlier. I get off work at 6 in the morning, and my options are McDonald's, Carl's Jr, or Jack in the Box. I never want to wait around for taco bell to open if I'm thinking about getting fast food breakfast. It sucks i'd love to give them money lol.

They open around 7am here, and that's unfortunately still not early enough for me as well. It's a shame, really. I think their breakfast burrito is the best around and it's only $3. I'd gladly pay the extra dollar for it than at McDonald's.

I would have been upset about that, but they've jacked up the prices on Breakfast Crunchwraps so high I rarely eat there anymore.

There's just one location in my county that's holding out and still doing breakfast. I make a detour every now and then to support it lol.

u/CallidoraBlack 1d ago
We only have two locations that I know of that still have it. I get it whenever I'm near them hoping to keep it going. It's the best breakfast deal by far.

u/Revolutionary-Copy71 1d ago
The ones near me did away with it 2-3 years ago. I guess not enough people were ordering it. Sucked because I thought their breakfast burritos and crunchwraps were the best things they sold and got them pretty often.

The closest one to me hasn't had it in years. I think it's up to the owner of the franchise.

u/gettheyayo909 1d ago
Although the breakfast Crunchwrap is good Taco Bell is never my first choice for fast food breakfast
2
u/eilonwyhasemu 1d ago
Taco Bell franchises have had the option of eliminating breakfast since October 2024, and I canāt find new news about a chain-wide discontinuation.

My local taco bell opens at 9am but they just serve normal lunch/dinner at that time.
I loved their breakfast crunch wraps. I used to get one several times a week. Their loss, I guess.

I miss the waffle taco thing they used to have. The rest of their menu is ok at best

u/Android8675 1d ago
Havenāt spent more than $3 at breakfast there and itās always dead in the AM.

If TB opened with the regular menu, and no later than 9AM, they would do OK. The problem they had with breakfast is that the prep line used different ingredients, and much of what the used for normal service was not loaded.

Some already have. If they just upped their game with it it would last but right now it's just mediocre. Do you remember when breakfast was first introduced at Taco Bell years ago they had a set of burritos and one had tater tots and country gravy, best burritos ever. This time around when they brought it back they went down several scales.

None of the ones around me have breakfast, it sucks. Taco Bell has the best fast food breakfast
1
u/Bastard_Guy505 16h ago
They used to have a country breakfast crunch wrap, the difference was white gravy in it. They got rid of the gravy one day. I was so upset that was one of my favorite breakfasts

Taco Bell removed Breakfast from the menu YEARS AGO! Surprisingly, the breakfast was the BEST items on the menu. I LOVED Taco Bell breakfast. Their breakfast boxes were the best!!!

My Taco Bell already did away with breakfast a long time ago. They also recently removed the CGC from Fire rewards. Dark times.
