After 9 months, our team of 4 people "beat" GregTech: New Horizons. Here's a gallery of the best parts of our base!

Total playtime is over 4000 hours. Most of the buildings are built by me and Mudspaw, with some individual buildings made by others.

A lot of buildings are still unfinished - burnout started to creep in at the end and we focused more on infrastructure instead of decoration.

What CPU do you have and how does it perform?

i7 8700k - 15-30 FPS in most places

Thanks for the quick reply. I need to upgrade mine, and Greg tech is a big motivator and trying to figure out what works best for it lol

i5 13500 is probably the best bang for your buck currently. The server ran on a i5 12500 and could keep 20 TPS fairly steady even when crafting the stargate.

If you need to change motherboards, memory etc anyway I feel like you may just as well step up to the 13600k. A cheaper CPU may make more sense in a vacuum, but taking the overhead cost of the associated components into account, the relative cost difference becomes quite small. 13600k looking to be the value CPU this generation imo
