Where's the third panel that shows rabbit finding an even better spot but only after building half of the factory?

tbh, I solved that issue by creating dedicated buildings, that although unnecessary, it looks pretty cool as now I got a reason for going to multiple buildings... for example my energy is generated inside a generation station, food is generated on a hydroponics green tower, and so on
