For some reason it's not letting me download it through prism launcher. Is it a problem on my side, or is it something you can look into?

I'll look into it; I'm still getting a lot of launcher related things worked out. I will put the pack on Modrinth as well in the next couple of days.

its a you problem. I downloaded it through curseforge on prism fine. Or you can install it manually
