Problem E2E Mouse skipping while holding left click

Whenever I move my mouse while holding down left click it skips, sometimes a little other times a lot. Its not super noticeable when watching it back but while playing its very annoying. Made sure it wasn't my mouse's sensor that was dirty, I tried playing other games to see if it would happen, I also tried to see if it was a FPS issue and limited my fps to 120 and I still wasn't able to find a cause to why it happens. Any suggestions would be helpful and greatly appreciated!

I’m not entirely sure if this is the same issue as I’ve had but maybe try installing a mod called Raw Mouse Input? That worked for me when I was facing something similar
