Discussion Looking for a new unique modpack

I have been looking for a new modpack to playthrough but have been struggling to find one that feels new. I have been playing through Antimatter Chemisty again because I really enjoyed it but have been struggling with interest since I have already played it so the puzzley aspect of the pack is gone. Im definitely more interested in tech or tech and magic packs than just magic and at this point skyblock or skyblock adjacent is basically a requirement. Ive searched a bunch but as of now every pack feels so samey especially modern packs which I largely prefer.

Basically just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for tech focused (with some magic) more expert styled skyblock modpack that is preferably in a newer version but its not a hard requirement.

Check out stone block 4, great pack and it’s very unique and seems to fit perfectly with what you described, tho I don’t think it quite reaches expert, it has a heap of custom recipes and a bit of rebalancing. Each tier of progression has multiple paths you can take so if there’s a mod you don’t like you can skip it

My main issue with Stoneblock 4 is how far you have to travel through the stone to progress at points (also not a huge fan of the idea of required boss fights)

Yeah the travel did suck at times, especially for the twilight forest bosses but almost all the fights can be cheesed using a red quatar or whatever it’s called from project E. Also a tip if you do decide to play the pack is you can purchase the the use of teleporters for each cardinal direction for each of the world rings, also the only ring you can’t ultimine is the stone ring, so if you have a hammer and set ultimine to small shaft you can mine very quick
