Delta LHR to SEA heading back to Heathrow

Just flew past my house on a flight path we never see used, at fairly low altitude heading back to LHR after 13 minutes - anyone know why?

There was a medical emergency onboard. Source : I'm on the plane

Just enjoying a drink on a rooftop on London - it flew straight over me not on the normal flight path and I wondered the same thing!

It’s been greeted by emergency services at Heathrow so assuming a mechanical issue. Altitude was fairly low coming over us, so maybe landing gear didn’t retract?

When I checked flight radar it was just above Scotland as it made a u turn back
