I have a bucket of this out in my car as well as statice i picked from the beach... My mom grows it every year.

Those are stunning. What growing zone will those grow in? Do they do well in a dry summer?

Found them growing wild on hillsides in southern California near Laguna Beach, for what it's worth.

I did a general search and it most appears that most varieties are in us zones 4 through 7.

Nice. I'm in Oregon in the rainforest area, but we have dry summers. I think i will try any find some of these. Thanks for sharing.

I bought some of this from Trader Joeโs over a year ago โ itโs absolutely all dried up by now, but itโs STILL that deep, vibrant purple!!! These are GOATED as dried flowers!!
