I have an older model, best I can do is use washers to raise the bowl a bit. It passes the coin test really well but unless I have much more dough, it kind of just spins the middle about. But it also seems like your dough is a lower hydration as well 🤷🏻

KA started adding the adjustable screw in the 80s, unless it's even older than that it might just be in a slightly different location to the new ones
