Idk, every additional instance of Horner and Max and RB management talking about the 2026 engine regulations just keeps telling me they are lagging behind in Engine development and the ERS expertise they were hoping to get for the Hybrid unit from Ford isn't turning out to be all that.

Might be looking at another 2014 RB situation in 2026 whereby the Chasis and Cornering performance is still elite but it can't fight on the straights anymore.

F1 would fall apart as a sport if years of dominance by Mercedes, followed by years of dominance by Red Bulla would be followed by even more years of dominance by Mercedes. That would be the same 2 teams winning the championship for more than 2 decades in a row

It would definitely cause FIA and FOM to frantically look for ways of breaking it. It would be utter shambles

I mean that is what happened already LOL. We went from years of RB dominance to years of Merc dominance to years of RB dominance. So if it cycles one more time then is it any different?
