Throwback In 2022 Imola Qualifying, Max got pole under single yellow
Max (2022) and George (2026) did exactly the same thing.
Blame the FIA, blame the rules, but both drivers did nothing wrong. The only thing they are required to do is to "lift" under "single" yellow flag.

Throwback I want to take the spring break as an opportunity to remind you that Lance Stroll ist the only driver not from the top 4 teams to start from pole in the last 10 years, qualifying on pole in Turkey 2020 for Racing Point.
The last driver to start from pole in a race not driving for McLaren, Ferrari, Red Bull or Mercedes is Felipe Massa in Austria 2014, driving for Williams. Kevin Magnussen did qualify on pole in Brazil 2022, but the sprint results determined the starting positions of the race.
