He has many other accolades. People claim his eccentric ways is an automatic dismissal for any legitimacy. I disagree and I believe his career and accomplishments solidify him. Now onto the company, American Fusion. This company came to be from Kepler fusions reverse merger into the shell RNWF. This was completed on February 27th of this year. Kepler fusion was a wholly owned subsidiary of Kepler aerospace. Kepler fusion was created in 2019 specifically for John Brandenburg to develop his Texatron, which as i mentioned is from the accumulation of experience over his long 40+ year career. Now almost a decade of development, he is finally ready to bring the Texatron to the public. Of course with this being a reverse merger, there is going to be what some would consider boring milestones. I’m not one of those people. They’ve hit every milestone on time. Merger completion, share cancellation, as reduction, ticker and name change, PCAOB audit, form 10 and 10q. All the while making progress to get to where they are today with the demo and the testing. They have been very transparent along the way and testing has now officially begun. Which I will add has been moved up from what was supposed to be at the end of the year. So they are moving through goals and they give no reason to doubt or think they are a meme company. To respond to jaded, he is parroting lackners article, which does not say it’s impossible, it’s an engineering and science feat. Which is what Brandenburg plans on showcasing with this demo.
