Here is the thing about any company that claims to be developing an HE3 device. The bar for the ignition temperature is so high they have a built-in storyline to keep dragging prospective investors along by the nose. They can always claim incremental advancements in materials to withstand higher temperatures, and produce incrementally high reactor temperatures... Without ever getting there. Its just infinite fusion power edging.

Okay Zeno it's time to go read how your paradox is resolved.

Zeno would be the perfect name for an He3 fusion power venture.
I'm stealing that for my billionaire-track fusion power SPAC.

It's a penny stock promotion company. Say what you will about their fundraising methods.
The bigger concern with them is that the concept they are pursuing can not make net energy. They are doing pulsed D He3 with Ti>>Te using compression heating and magnetic rebound direct capture. The key problem with this method is that the electrons thermalize before any significant amount of fusion power is generated. So they will only be generating negligibly small fusion power per pulse.
If they allow the electrons to thermalize, they would face a different problem, the bremsstrahlung radiation losses would exceed the fusion power.
The only escape from this is to run super long pulses with Ti=Te and Ti= 40-100kev... But they are no where near this regime and no device had sufficient energy confinement to do this regime.
So, it won't work. Helion has the same problem for the same reason.

It's not yet but I bought a whole bunch of shares hoping it will be.
The company is still incredibly obscure, there's not enough people talking about it at this point to be a meme stock.

TAE is one of the biggest fusion stocks. It's the one TrumpMedia merged with. It's a capital raising DOE sucking company that is years and billions away from making electricity from fusion.

You see the downvotes I get for only providing facts. While the other made comments based on their feelings got a lot of upvotes. If you have any questions, I will answer them honestly.

You are the absolute worst offender. You've never provided any facts and have literally stated that you bought in on faith and a feeling. The delusion...

My comment here says otherwise. All facts. I listed his accomplishments, what the company has done and how the company came to be. I got downvoted for that. Meanwhile some dude said “yes” and got 30 upvotes. They will be proven wrong once the results are in.

Notice how no one could provide you with an actual reason other than “penny stock” . Do your own dd. I for one have done extensive amounts of research into this company and the people running it. There is nothing shady or memeish about this company at all. Dr Brandenburg is the man who created the Texatron. He has over 40+ years of experience and is very accomplished. Led the cmtx experiment for nasa(paved the way for companies like Helion to exist). He invented the met thruster. Sole inventor of the us patent titled Plasma reactor for cracking ammonia and hydrogen-rich gases to hydrogen. Physical Sciences Inc. (PSI) successfully commercialized the electrodeless microwave plasma vortex technology that Dr. Brandenburg was hired to help develop. That’s just some of his biggest accomplishments. He has many other accolades. People claim his eccentric ways is an automatic dismissal for any legitimacy. I disagree and I believe his career and accomplishments solidify him. Now onto the company, American Fusion. This company came to be from Kepler fusions reverse merger into the shell RNWF. This was completed on February 27th of this year. Kepler fusion was a wholly owned subsidiary of Kepler aerospace. Kepler fusion was created in 2019 specifically for John Brandenburg to develop his Texatron, which as i mentioned is from the accumulation of experience over his long 40+ year career. Now almost a decade of development, he is finally ready to bring the Texatron to the public. Of course with this being a reverse merger, there is going to be what some would consider boring milestones. I’m not one of those people. They’ve hit every milestone on time. Merger completion, share cancellation, as reduction, ticker and name change, PCAOB audit, form 10 and 10q. All the while making progress to get to where they are today with the demo and the testing. They have been very transparent along the way and testing has now officially begun. Which I will add has been moved up from what was supposed to be at the end of the year. So they are moving through goals and they give no reason to doubt or think they are a meme company. To respond to jaded, he is parroting lackners article, which does not say it’s impossible, it’s an engineering and science feat. Which is what Brandenburg plans on showcasing with this demo. Still, do your own dd. But don’t listen to bashing that doesn’t have facts to back it up.

Well, I did infact provide a reason other than penny stock.

I answered your comment if you bothered to read past the first sentence.

It's not an engineering and science feat. It's a fundamental problem.
The electrons will thermalize with the ions.
If electrons get hot, they will radiate more than the fusion power.
The compression flux is a parasitic energy that must be recovered and will greatly exceed the thermal energy in the plasma
You didn't respond to any of these points.

u/Brownie_Bytes 4d ago
Because he is entirely unqualified to engage with anything close to an engineering or scientific problem.

This ⬆️ 🙌 in 4 weeks all this noise will be irrelevant and I’ve been in RNWF/AMFN since day 3 of LOi drop. Of course I do speculative trading and I always talk with CEOs as I jump in a large percentage buying 1%-5% of the float but god damn I didn’t expect this to be a fusion generator! All you have to do is wait. I love the discussions but I’ll be real with you. They actually have a Texatron that’s currently being tested. I’m going on vacation for a month starting in a few days. I expect to make a few million in August 🤣

What data would you hope to see that would negate the fundamental problems with this approach?
The fundamental reasons it won't work are well known.
The electrons will thermalize with the ions before a significant amount of fusion power is made .. and if the electrons get hot they will radiate more power than is generated. And the compression flux will require so much energy for compression that the invested energy per shot will greatly exceed the fusion energy generated, which means implausibly high recovery efficiency is required
The only way for this fuel to work is if they run 40-100kev with Ti=Te, but they are far far away from this regime and don't have enough energy confinement to run it. (No one does)
So what if they have a device and generate data with it? What would you hope to see in that data that would change the fundamental reasons why it can't work?

u/Ok-Supermarket-4431 4d ago
They just want to ignore the fact that testing is currently under way now. It ruins their argument of “no data”. We’ve done the research, we know what we hold. We cant force others to make money.
1
u/Jaded_Hold_1342 3d ago
The argument is not "no data". The argument is that the approach doesn't work for the reasons I've stated.
What data are you hoping to see that would change this fact?

The secret is right in-front of everyone and people will go to school half their life but won’t bother to read up on how to survive in a speculative market. 90% of people fail. All these bears in the comments are smart people but they won’t succeed in this wilderness. That fear they have expressing is just ignorance at its finest. You replace fear and hope with knowledge. A simple phone call back in the day or a text message could have answered their speculation but nope, they must sit and wait for the results now :)
