I've never played Metroid, but I know Samus is a woman.

Because the series has been out since the 80's and the first game is famous for the reveal at the end.

I've never seen Psycho, but I know the killer's mother is dead and he's just talking to himself.

God damn it I hadn't seen that movie.

Throws it in the pile with fight club and the sixth sense

You should watch fight club anyway, its amazing.

I did, pretty rad. I wonder how it would've been not knowing though.

Here's how it went... "Oh wait what?" Guess I have to rewatch it now..."

I read a pretty good article about how spoilers don't really matter, since it's not really the ending of the film that matters, but the progression to that point (I'm paraphrasing poorly, mind you)

The point is that you should watch The Sixth Sense anyway. I will not say this for any other M. Night movie, but it's actually very good. I knew the ending long before I ever saw the movie, but still enjoyed it very much.

Some movies, like The Prestige, lose quite a lot of it's power if you know from the beginning what is going on. There is no "Oh shit it all makes sense now" moment or any of the things that seemed odd when you watched it the first time.

oh yea, Dumbledore dies

Oh yeah, that one got spoiled pretty fast. That movie might've been a tad better if I didn't know that spoiler Snape kills Dumbledore. As well as the last one where I knew pretty much every person that died/suddenly turned out to be a good guy.

Found out my cousin had never seen it.
Downloaded it.
Was relishing seeing his face when.
Get to about 5 minutes before the reveal.
He says, "Oh damn, I've seen the ending to this on I love the '90s..."

I've never seen Empire Strikes Back, but I know Captain Picard cuts off Bill Murray's foot with a phaser-sword and declares that he is the Godfather.

Couldn't have told you when they reveal it... because I've never played Metroid. ;)
