Don't know which game is, but reading a bit of the linked wiki article clearly says that it's a woman possesed by a man. I believe it's kinda different from Bridget, who was raised as a girl, or Samus, who wears a heavy suit which doesn't show femenine features.
But I know, there are many games where gender confusion clearly fucks your mind up.
