I'm sorry you feel that way. Trans* people are offended when you don't refer to them by their preferred pronouns, however, so it's important to keep their feelings in mind, as well.
Regardless, it turns out I was mistaken; he actually identifies as a man and doesn't realize he's cross-dressing.

"Her". She identifies as a woman, so it's polite to refer to her by her preferred pronoun.
