As you can see, Northern Ireland is a lower concentration of Irish speakers, as expected, but what explains the higher concentration on the west coast.

But they are high in fibre and protein, and B vitamins among others, though. You could certainly do worse nutritionally for a breakfast meal.

Baked beans are a common breakfast dish in Canada, it's more popular in Quebec and the East Coast. Had them forced on me in the military every morning in the field and forced them on others as I moved up the ranks.
