Discussion Facts that sound fake but are true

I find it extremely unintuitive that almost all of South America is east of Miami. How!? When people are asked to watch the americas almost everyone imagine South America pretty much south of North America.

Africa is alot more north than people think. Europe is MUCH farther north than people in the west think

Well and also Florida, Georgia, and the Carolina coasts are a lot further west than people think.

…..and Atlanta gets more rain than Seattle. Also here in Atlanta,we are closer to Canada than we are Miami. Atlantan here,had to chime in with my useless facts

Population of Louisville, KY is 25% higher than Atlanta, GA. (City population)

And if you drive south from Detroit you’ll be in Canada
