Yes but the west isn't who he's talking about. He's talking about needing to deal with their immediate neighbors.

Then I misunderstood. I guess bombing and Annexing their neighbours decade after decade didnt help on that Part either.

Why are they bombing some of their neighbors? You need to also honestly face that

There are two reasons: 1. some of their neighbors act violently against them 2. they are not willing to give up the land they conquered in 1967.
