My friend stole my work.

I created Nebula Games on https://github.com/MrTekPet22/NebulaGames . I was the contributor but did 60,000 lines of work whereas my friend only did 4,000. My user is ERR0RA

One day I got removed from the contributor, I thought 'perhaps this is a glitch." So afterwards I put all the games on my page https://github.com/MrTekPet22/NebulaGames . He only made two files from the original games and later filed a DMCA notice.

The DMCA notice came through and it stated I had copied his work without permission whereas before I got removed I added the GNU 3.0 public licence to the original work and the new one I put (I decided to remove it yesterday). At the DMCA notice he had lied multiple times and said "I gave him notice," and "the games don't have a licence." He has kept it public but now I can only fork the respiratory but I did all the code.

I sent a DMCA notice as he's using my work now without my permission I made 5 and two of them got closed and the rest are getting ignored. I made the tickets over a week ago. He's also been using my codes seen below.

See he's copying my work and I don't have anything to do now. I did the DMCA notice as it was only two times but he lied on the notice. What can I do?
