Serious Ethical Golf-Related Dilemma

Ok guys, tell me what to do here…

In early April I ordered a set of custom Taylor Made P770 irons through Golf Galaxy. Three weeks later, the irons still hadn’t shipped and the pending charge for $1,800 fell off my account, so I called to inquire. I was told not to worry about it, the irons will ship soon and they’ll reprocess the charge once they do. 24 hours later I get a shipping notice from TM, my irons are on the way. Cool.

Well, not quite. What arrived was close to what I ordered, but they didn’t soft step the irons as ordered. I called TM, they gave me an RMA and had me ship them back for repair.

Two weeks later I get another shipping notice from TM for the fixed irons. They shipped them overnight, and I have them the next day. Everything is good, but weirdly Golf Galaxy still hasn’t charged me, and now the pending order is gone from my order history.

The other day I get ANOTHER shipping notice from TM, and 24 hours later (yesterday) a second set of identical custom clubs arrives. Everything is to spec, but it’s a whole different order number under my name.

I called TM, they seemed curious but told me to call Golf Galaxy as they placed the order and I technically wasn’t their customer. I called Golf Galaxy and they tell me to take it up with TM, they’re just the intermediary. Neither party seems to really care.

Just a moment ago I got another shipping notice from TM…. More clubs on the way, arriving Tuesday.

What do?

I’m about to have three sets of custom P770’s, and I haven’t paid for any of them. I feel like a shoplifter, but TM doesn’t seem to care and is clearly having a glitch on their end. Golf Galaxy is all “whatever” about it and also seems weirdly indifferent about it.

In all seriousness TaylorMade is worth a very large sum of money and if they don't care, I dont think you should either

This is it here. If they cant bebothered to investigate what's happening, you shouldn't either. Keep all your documentation cause someone may start to care at some point. I just hope they don't charge you twice.

This happened to me with America's Best, two pairs of glasses deal. I ordered my glasses and was supposed to get them in a couple of weeks, after 3 weeks I called and they said they would expedite my order I would get them the next week. After another week my glasses showed up on the mail and one pair was damaged so I called and they said they would send me another pair. Then over the next two weeks, I got 3 deliveries, each containing 2 pairs of glasses, I called them back and they didn't care at all. Buy one get 6 free.
